Sarah Thomas is the Genesis Executive-in-Residence at Aging2.0, headquartered in San Francisco, CA. Aging2.0 is a global organization on a mission to accelerate innovation to improve the lives of older adults. Sarah serves in an advisory capacity at Aging2.0 for startups, corporate partners and investors. Sarah is also VP of Product for the Silicon Valley startup, Seismic; a company shaping human potential through a new integration of apparel and robotics called Powered Clothing. Sarah has dedicated nearly 20 years to aging services and healthcare, holding key leadership positions in companies across the country, developing and implementing strategic corporate innovation initiatives, including change management. She combines her Occupational Therapy expertise, with her operational, clinical and entrepreneurial experience to inspire global improvements in design and care worldwide. She is a passionate advocate for systems innovation in the elder care environment. She has designed an innovation center in China as a part of a vitality initiative to improve the health and well-being of global communities.  Sarah is a published author in post-acute care; frequent keynote speaker internationally on healthcare innovations, reform trends, and reimbursement. Sarah serves as Advisor/Board Member of: Quinnipiac University School of Health Sciences, AMDA IPAC, Village Capital- Health, WaveEdge Capital, Linked Senior, MyndYou and SWORD Health.
