Jane is a seasoned entrepreneur and operating executive with a track record of launching successful technology startups and advising numerous organizations—from multinational corporations to early-stage ventures—in their commercialization journeys. Her passion is particularly focused on innovations that enhance the quality of life for older adults. Before joining HMVP, Jane served as CEO of UrLoop, Inc., successfully guiding the company through its acquisition by Senseer Health, a leading MedTech enterprise. Previously, Jane co-founded and served as Managing Partner at Jane Capital Partners, a merchant bank dedicated to clean energy and healthcare initiatives. In this role, she was instrumental in launching and guiding over eight startups to successful exits, collectively raising and structuring over $400 million in venture equity and debt. She continues to serve as an advisor to Jane Capital. Jane began her venture capital career as Executive Director at WI Harper Group. Having lived and worked across four countries on three continents, she brings extensive global experience, particularly in managing complex cross-border transactions. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and a Master of Science from the University of Connecticut.
