Michael Kisch | Head of Healthcare Incubation, LG NOVA

Michael Kisch is a healthcare entrepreneur and executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling digital health companies from inception through exit. A three-time digital health CEO with global operating experience across the U.S. and Europe, he has a track record of translating breakthrough science into scalable, patient-centric solutions.

Mike currently serves as Head of Healthcare Incubation at LG NOVA, overseeing the development of AI-first digital health companies focused on solving critical problems affecting patients, providers, and health systems. He leads entrepreneurs-in-residence through rigorous validation and commercialization, emphasizing clinical relevance, rapid revenue generation, and real-world deployment. A growing focus is rural healthcare transformation — building ventures that address the structural gaps in access, infrastructure, and workforce leaving tens of millions of Americans underserved.

Mike also has a deep personal and professional interest in longevity. He brings that lens to how he evaluates new ventures, builds products, and thinks about the future of consumer health.

Previously, he served as CEO of Aktiia, leading commercialization of the world’s first optical, continuous blood pressure monitor, and Co-Founder and CEO of Beddr (acquired), an at-home sleep testing and telemedicine platform. Earlier in his career, he held go-to-market leadership roles at Cisco.

Mike is the host of the Health Explorers podcast, a mentor with StartX and CancerX Moonshot, a Fellow of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, holds five patents, and earned degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Wisconsin.
