Ten Brinke is the Executive Director of Innovation and Impact at Eskaton, a Northern California–based nonprofit aging services organization offering a full spectrum of housing options and supportive services. In this role, she leads Eskaton’s innovation arm—overseeing the exploration, piloting, and scaling of new technologies, programs, and culture-building initiatives that advance quality of life for older adults and those who support them.
A national speaker on topics such as innovation in aging, technology integration, culture transformation, staff development, ageism, and ableism, Ten Brinke is passionate about cultivating the next generation of aging services leaders. She previously taught Gerontology at the university level and now serves on the Advisory Board for the Gerontology Department at California State University, Sacramento and on the Education Committee for the California Assisted Living Association (CALA).
She is a proud graduate of LeadingAge California’s EMERGE leadership development program and holds a BA in Communications and Psychology and a MS in Gerontology.
