Adriene Iverson joined Transforming Age effective 1/1/24 with the closing of the affiliation with Elder Care Alliance. She serves as SVP of One Customer, responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric culture throughout the organization. Additionally, she serves as President of Transforming Age+, a digital platform designed to empower people to design their own aging journey in community, enabling them to age successfully and enjoy purposeful lives.
Prior to that, Adriene served as President and CEO of Elder Care Alliance (ECA), a non-profit provider of care services for older adults, based in Alameda, California. ECA currently owns and operates five senior housing communities within California. ECA provides person-centered senior living services across the continuum of care, including independent living (unlicensed), assisted living, skilled nursing, and specialized dementia care.
Adriene Iverson joined Elder Care Alliance (ECA) in 2010 as VP of Operations and then served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development beginning in March of 2014 before being named President & CEO in April of 2015. In fall of 2020, she led a robust strategic planning process for ECA. Out of that process, the consideration of affiliation arose as a means to achieve the ECA’s strategic vision.
Ms. Iverson has extensive experience guiding the operations of not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Elder Care Alliance, she served for fifteen years as Vice President at the CNH District Church Extension Fund, a $60 million church loan fund. For more than a decade she served as chair of the board for a startup Continuing Care Retirement Community, providing her with valuable, first-hand knowledge of the senior living industry. Ms. Iverson holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
