Travis Gleinig is a senior technology and governance executive specializing in healthcare and senior living organizations. He serves as Chief Innovation Officer for United Methodist Communities and leads UMC’s BEAM Advisors. Travis works closely with Boards, CEOs, and executive teams to align technology strategy with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and long-term sustainability. His experience includes enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity and risk management, infrastructure modernization, data and analytics, and AI adoption across complex, multi-site environments. In addition to this work, Travis serves on the LeadingAge CAST Commission, contributing to national thought leadership on aging-services technology, and sits on the Board of the Thrive Center supporting aging services innovation and mission-driven growth.
