With more than a decade of experience spanning assisted living operations, senior living real estate investment, and technology enablement, Dorice brings a unique blend of operator, investment, and digital innovation expertise to her work. The first graduate of the Master of Science in Applied Technology and Aging program from the University of Southern California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, she advances age-friendly design, accessibility, and effective technology adoption through research, analytics, and industry collaboration.
Dorice currently holds a California RCFE license (assisted living administrator), an HR labor/strategy designation (SHRM-SCP), and is a Certified AgeTech Specialist™.
