Jill Kinney is a pioneering entrepreneur and industry leader who has spent more than four decades building companies at the intersection of fitness, health, and longevity science. As the founder of Club One, she grew the company from a single club into a $90 million enterprise with more than 100 locations and 3,000 employees nationwide. She later led the U.S. launch of the internationally recognized Swedish weight loss brand Itrim before founding Active Wellness, which today manages fitness and wellness operations for health clubs, healthcare systems, corporations, and senior living communities across North America. 

Jill also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Buck Institute for Research on Aging and remains active as Chair Emeritus, advancing research and innovation focused on extending health span. A recipient of the IHRSA Distinguished Service Award, inductee into the Wellness Revolution Hall of Fame, and recognized as America’s #1 Female Club Entrepreneur, Jill is passionate about the convergence of science, fitness, and healthcare—and the transformative impact it will have on how people age and live.
