Supriya joined Aetna’s Analytics and Behavior Change organization a year ago and currently leads a Member Analytics team which includes member facing behavior change campaigns. Prior to this role, she was in the Enterprise Strategy team, which she joined in March 2015. In that role, Supriya managed a variety of strategic projects and worked with business leaders to facilitate strategic planning across the company.

Prior to joining Aetna, Supriya was at Prophet Brand Strategy, where she was a member of the healthcare management team and integral to building Prophet’s healthcare practice. Supriya has also led strategy and marketing at a care management startup, worked in Optum Payer Strategy, was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in the healthcare practice, and has been a corporate banking sales and operations manager at HSBC and Deutsche Bank. Supriya received her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Biology from the University of Michigan.
